Peer Support Training

A comprehensive, evidence-informed training rooted in lived experience and aligned with the Mental Health Commission of Canada’s National Standards of Practice. Delivered in partnership with Kim Sunderland, this interactive training equips peer supporters with the skills, principles, and mindset to offer non-clinical, person-centered mental health support across diverse environments.

Whether offered virtually or in person, sessions are tailored to meet your program’s unique needs, from workplace teams to community and campus-based settings.
