Training & Education

Evidence-based and lived experience–led training designed for leadership, supervisors, frontline staff, and peer supporters — with practical tools that support skill building, awareness, and culture change. All sessions can be delivered virtually or in person. Additional and customized sessions are available upon request (1.5 hour to full day format).

Signature Training

Peer Support Training

A comprehensive, evidence-informed training rooted in lived experience and aligned with the Mental Health Commission of Canada's National Standards of Practice for Peer Support. This 24-hour live interactive training equips peer supporters with the foundational skills for frontline peer roles.

Available in-person and virtually, with delivery format flexible to suit your team's needs.
